My goals are: I want to be able to run my first marathon by April 5th without hurting myself.

Just a walk around the track.
It takes me 85 minutes to walk 5 miles if I do it with little or no effort.
I’m hoping that by March 2009 I’ll be able to maintain a pace of 10:00/mile or better yet 8:00/mile.
