Hi, I just joined the Sweat365 community

I’m a woman from Desoto TX United States, born in 1973.

My favorite sports include: running cycling swimming yoga pilates walking

My goals are: I want to be able to run my first marathon by April 5th without hurting myself.

My name is Shai. I am a writer, love to read, and watch movies. I have a sweet pit bull that I rescued by the name of Shyler.

This is my training blog which I am using to keep track of my fitness progress.

Just a walk around the track.

It takes me 85 minutes to walk 5 miles if I do it with little or no effort.
I’m hoping that by March 2009 I’ll be able to maintain a pace of 10:00/mile or better yet 8:00/mile.
